Some of the pages which follow have photographs, some have links, some just have information you might find useful when you visit our beautiful county.  Grand County is 76% public land, 20% ranches, and 4% private owners, which doesn't begin to describe the stunning beauty of the mountains, the valleys, and the wildlife.  A lot of people from the Front Range take their weekends to come up here and "get away."  We have discovered we don't have to get away, we can be a part of Grand County all the time, and we wouldn't live anywhere else.  Once you've come to visit, whether it's for skiing, sight-seeing, hunting, fishing, boating, hiking, or to visit friends and relatives, we think you'll want to stay as well.  Take your time, look at our listings, and then give me a call and I'll try to make sure you have a place where you can stay and make your life long dreams of owning mountain property a reality.
